Charles “Chuck” T. Jackson wears many hats within the firm. As Client Administrator, Chuck manages new and existing client intake for Jackson Law PA. As both a member of the law firm and through his own leads management business, Professional Florida Services LLC, his marketing expertise has broadened the firm’s far-reaching client resources statewide, nationwide, and worldwide. He provides clients with a full understanding of the firm’s multifaceted areas of practice and how Jackson Law PA may best represent client needs.
As a result of the firm’s far-reaching clientele, many clients cannot visit the offices of Jackson Law for consultations, attorney interaction or document signing. This may be because of client’s physical incapacities, health reasons, transportation reasons, or simply a distance too far to travel. Not a problem for Jackson Law as Chuck administers Remote Zoom client consultations and Electronic Document Signings and Notarizations. Due to COVID 19, in 2020 Florida’s governor passed legislation authorizing the remote signing of various types of legal documents. Immediately there following, Jackson Law incorporated the state-of-the-art software now administered by Chuck.
As Real Estate Manager working within Jackson Law’s real estate arm of the firm, Jackson Florida Properties, Chuck works with the attorneys in preparation of contracts, closing documents, acquiring surveys property inspections, deed preparation, pre-closing and post-closing document review. Chuck also works closely with firm clients who sell or buy properties. His expertise as a Realtor and sales experience is invaluable to the law firm.
Central Florida, where one out of every 4 persons living here is from another state, Chuck is the exception and one of a few you will have an opportunity to meet who was born here, in Orlando, Florida, lived here his entire life and knows the Central Florida terrain better than most Realtors. Knowing Central Florida as Chuck does, gives him a navigational awareness and advantage over most realtors to place families in just the right home location for convenient easy access to their places of business, children’s schools, shopping, entertainment, and all within a budget to fit their daily living.
Much of this real estate proneness comes from Chuck’s becoming an Eagle Scout in his youth, learning to navigate the internet as a computer science major in college, marketing strategies acquired as a business entrepreneur and owner and just being a husband, father, Christian, and family man.
Chuck says he entered real estate sales because, “My love for family pushes me to try and provide the best, safest, meaningful life possible for them. Having the right home in the right location is life changing. This is much of why I became a Realtor. In Real Estate I get the best reward, and there is no greater feeling, in selling something that is meaningful and life changing to other families.”
In addition to the many hats he wears within the firm, Chuck works closely with Attorney Kristen Jackson at Jackson Law PA as a real estate manager regarding matters of preparation and review of real estate contracts and title closing documents.
Growing up in Orlando and having attended many of the local schools including, University of Central Florida, Winter Park High, Lake Highland Prep in Orlando and Dommerich Elementary in Maitland, Chuck has developed a large circle of friends, acquaintances, and business associates.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Chuck started MailRx Pharmacy and RxCoop pharmacy supplies. In addition, he has over 30 years of sales and consulting expertise with many local businesses including Letco Medical, Transaction Data Systems, Bay Resources, Winn Dixie, Central Florida Flooring, ComputerLand, Florida Hospital Association, ICR, and Bay Resources Computer Systems. So, when it comes to buying or selling a home, do not be astonished to learn that you either know or met Chuck at school, work, or crossed paths with him in some capacity.
Chuck and his wife Laura, also are Realtors with Jackson Florida Realtors/Florida Realty Investments in addition to their roles with Jackson Law PA, first met on a blind date. Love at first blind sight, they married and have raised 3 children to young adulthood. He and his family enjoy boating and water skiing.
